The headquarters of maut1.de is located in beautiful Upper Bavaria in Rosenheim, very close to the Bavarian Sea, Lake Chiemsee.
The city of Rosenheim is known for its beautiful, historic city centre with town houses in the typical Inn-Salzach style, the Rosenheim Summer Festival and Rosenheim Autumn Festival, the Christmas market in the pedestrian zone, the television series ‘Die Rosenheim Cops’, as well as the many mountains, including Kampenwand, Hochries and Wendelstein, and lakes such as Simssee and Chiemsee nearby.
It is therefore an ideal location to think about how to make a holiday trip even easier and more comfortable.

We offer our customers a high-quality toll box with the best range of services at a very affordable price. Every day, we do our best to make toll processing as convenient and transparent as possible for our customers.
We attach great importance to environmental protection, which is why we contribute to it. While other providers only offer a Toll Box for one country, we offer a toll box for several countries. This means less production on the one hand and fewer devices in your vehicle on the other. In addition, our Toll Box facilitates traffic flow, as there are fewer traffic jams at toll stations, which in turn reduces CO² emissions.
The founders of maut1
maut1 GmbH, based in Rosenheim (Upper Bavaria), was founded in 2020. Building on many years of experience in the toll industry, we develop solutions for electronic, contactless toll processing in Europe. With our Toll Box and personal customer service, we make paying tolls easy and reliable for private customers.

As managing director, Julian Schmelzer is responsible in particular for partner relations and cooperation with toll operators throughout Europe.
