The shipping costs are:

Shipping information

Orders for the "Small Toll Box Standard":

• are dispatched on the same working day, provided we receive the order by 11:00 am. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• The delivery time is within Germany 1-4 working days from dispatch, within Europe 4-7 working days from dispatch. Express deliveries within Germany are delivered one working day after dispatch (express deliveries only Mondays - Fridays except public holidays), outside Germany 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Orders for the "Small Toll Box Premium":

• are dispatched on the same working day, provided we receive the order by 11:00 am. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• The delivery time for express delivery is within Germany one working day after dispatch (express deliveries only on Mondays - Fridays excluding public holidays), outside Germany 1-3 working days after dispatch. Currently not available for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Norway.

The delivery time of the "Large Toll Box Standard" is 2-3 weeks due to the individual configuration (e.g. axles, emission class, weight, ...). Express delivery is not possible here.

ATTENTION! Shipping to packing stations is unfortunately not possible

Information on payment options

With the first payment of the order, you automatically grant us a direct debit mandate for the further debits.

Please note: Payment by direct debit extends the delivery time by another 7 working days in addition to the regular delivery time. When switching to direct debit, a fee of 0.01 EUR may apply.

Note: Payments are generally collected via the means of payment you deposited when placing the order.

When ordering, the activation fee and shipping fee are due. The annual fee is due with the first monthly statement and, if you keep the device, the annual fee is due once a year from the date of dispatch.

Tolls recorded with the toll box are billed once per month. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to invoice more often.

Note: For non-EU countries, only the payment methods MasterCard, Googel Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and VISA are available!

Pickup-Station

At the pickup stations, only our standard toll box (vehicles up to 3 meters in height) can be collected. The premium toll box is automatically shipped via express delivery.

• Inntal West service area – on the A93 shortly before Kufstein

• Shell station Mittenwald – on the E533 shortly before Scharnitz

• Serways service station Mahlberg West – on the A5 near Europa-Park Rust
