How does the digital parking service work?
When booking this digital service, you register your licence plate number in the network of activated car parks via maut1.
1. barrier opens automatically when entering - no need to take a ticket
When you drive into the car park, the barrier opens directly and automatically after lightning-fast and automatic recognition of your number plate - without drawing a ticket.
2. barrier opens automatically on exit - no payment on site
When leaving the car park, the barrier also opens directly and automatically after lightning-fast and automatic recognition of your number plate - without having to pay the parking fee on site.
3. payment automatically and retrospectively
The parking fee will then be paid automatically at a later date via maut1 using the stored means of payment - without change or bank transfer - you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

In the overview map you will find all car parks in Germany that can already be used with the corresponding address.
What does the digital valet parking service cost?
We charge a surcharge of €0.50 per parking session and 5% of the parking fees incurred.

How do I book the ‘digital parking service’ for Germany?
a) Do you already have a Toll Box?
Log in to your existing customer account at www.maut1.de and click on the menu item ‘Administration’.
You can then add the vehicle that is to be registered for the service to an existing order via ‘Add digital service’.
In the same step, you can select the ‘Blankenburg Tunnel’ service, among others, by clicking on it. Click ‘Save’ to activate the selection for the licence plate.
b) Would you like to order a toll box AND book the parking service?
With new orders you automatically have the option of activating the ‘Digital Services’. Subsequent changes can be made at any time in the customer account under ‘Administration’.
c) Would you like to book ONLY the car park service via maut1?
You can also add only the ‘Digital Services’ product to the shopping basket without a Toll Box. The settings for this are made by you in the next order steps and can be subsequently edited in the customer account under ‘Administration’.
